Micromax recently launched its Android 4.4 KitKat-powered smartphone, the Canvas Fire A93 with dual-front speakers for Rs 6,299. Now it looks like the vendor is all set to launch another KitKat device called the Micromax Canvas Fire 2 A104 soon. The device is already available with Mahesh Telecom mobile retailer in Mumbai for Rs 6,999. However, the company is yet to officially disclose its features and price.
As per the retailer, the Canvas Fire 2 A104 comes with a 4.5-inch FWVGA resolution display. It's powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor (possibly from MediaTek), paired with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone offers 4GB of internal storage, which is further expandable via a microSD card slot. It sports a 5MP autofocus rear shooter accompanied by an LED flash and a 0.3MP front shooter for video calling and selfies. Similar to the Canvas Fire, it also boasts dual front speakers for an immersive entertainment experience. The Fire 2 features dual-SIM slots and also includes other regular connectivity features such as 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. It's being offered in black gold, black silver, white gold and white silver variants.
