Apple is expected to introduce the iPhone 6 in two variants – 4.7- and 5.5-inches. Previous reports in the past have already revealed some features of upcoming iPhone. Now according to a new report, it looks like Apple will also be adding NFC (Near Field Communication), wireless charging capabilities and a better 4G antenna to the iPhone 6.
A source close to the iPhone 6’s development revealed that the phone is almost complete and is currently being tested for speed, network performance and durability. NFC connectivity will also allow you to make mobile payments on the go. In addition, the phone will offer Category 6 LTE radio, which will be able to provide speeds up to 300Mbps speeds, higher than the current 150Mbps. Another interesting feature revealed by the source is wireless charging.
Rumours suggest that the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 will be released in August, while the 5.5-inch variant will be unveiled in September. Apple is also expected to lauch its first wearable in the form of an iWatch in October this year.
