The LG L70 Dual features a 4.5-inch capacitive display with a resolution of 800 x 400 pixels. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box. The phone draws its power from a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon 200 processor, further supported by an Adreno 302 GPU and 1GB of RAM. There is 4GB of internal storage, further expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card.
The dual-SIM phone comes with a dedicated SIM switch key and features the usual connectivity options like 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It sports a 5MP rear shooter with LED flash and a VGA front camera.
